Frequently Asked Questions

• Please provide as many notes (song tempo information, etc), instructions & reference tracks as you like!

You can send File transfer via FTP, Dropbox, WeTransfer etc.

• Please provide consolidated AIFF/WAV files starting at the same position.

• Please make sure all files have appropriate names (eg. "Bassdrum", “Kick” instead of "Audio-1748"...)

• Please provide at minimum 16 bit, 44.1 kHz sample rate (or the native sample rate of your project), 24-32 Bit audio files desirable.

If your DAW doesn't support 32 Bit files please provide 24 Bit data – avoid 16 Bit files if possible.

• Please provide two sets of stems: One with raw, unprocessed material and another including your FX.

• Please provide a linear PCM roughmix without mix bus processing for reference
(No mix bus limiting/compression, no MP3!)
 

• Do not normalize the audio files.

Typically, our clients only require 1 or 2 revisions if intentions are clear from the start.  However, we aim to ensure our clients are happy clients.

Services are billed up front, in order to reserve time to work on your material.  

Rates are:

• Stereo Master - $80/ea track
• Mixing (2-10 tracks) - $100
• Mixing (11-25) - $150
• Production & Sound Design - Please contact

Standard turnaround time is 72 hours, same day can be arranged with an extra fee.

Material delivery is done with Samply, for your convenance and approval.
